Stephen is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters Degree in Taxation. He has a diverse background of experience in the public accounting field over the past 25 years, ranging from the former Big 8 to being one of the founding partners of Sachetta & Company. He specializes in the Restaurant and Food Service Industry and works with individuals and small businesses at developing them into flourishing companies while helping them to save tax dollars along the way.

Steve is an integral part of the Sachetta Financial Network, and is involved in all aspects of Accounting, Taxes, Finance and general business consultation.

Active in the community, he currently sits as the incoming President and past Treasurer of the Everett Chamber of Commerce and as a Director on the North End Chamber of Commerce. He is a former Chairman of the Everett School Building Commission and a City Tax Assessor. Stephen continues to live in Everett with his wife, Lisa, and 3 college age children. He claims York Beach, Maine as his summer vacation home and is a lover of sports memorabilia, wine and European travel.

Joseph Sachetta, CPA/PFS, CFP

For over 25 years, Joe has worked in finance and accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and a Certified Financial Planner. As a CPA/CFP, Joe caters to the financial planning, strategic tax and accounting needs of small business and their owners.

After earning his CPA, Joe helped to establish Sachetta & Company, LLC in 1984 and has been working to grow it ever since. Always an active professional in the accounting, tax, and financial planning fields, Joe was an instructor for the Boston University Corporate Education Center for 18 years, and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Everett Cooperative Bank. For over 20 years, Joe has given back to his community as a dedicated member of the Everett Rotary Club, having served as a past president and treasurer.

Joe lives in Lynnfield with his wife and two teenage sons. He is an avid sports fan who enjoys traveling to baseball parks across the country.

Joseph Tringale

Mr. Tringale contributes over 25 years of extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Controller in small to mid sized businesses across a wide variety of industries, many of which are family owned/family run. As a CFO/Controller, Mr. Tringale faced many of the same challenges that face our clients. Accounts Receivable issues, Cash Flow issues, Financial Reporting issues to name a few. Mr. Tringale’s approach of accurate analysis, thought out improvements, and hands on implementation are the key to his success. Currently Mr. Tringale acts as a CFO or Controller for a handful of client companies assisting them in achieving their goals of managing and building their businesses. Start ups have come to Mr. Tringale to prepare their business plans for presentation to financial institutions. Mr. Tringale has worked with client companies on finding alternate financing sources as well as upgrading a client’s financing strategies with their current financial institution.

Mr. Tringale is a graduate of Bentley College and sits on the Board of Directors at Market Forge Industries, based in Everett MA, a leader in manufacture and sale of commercial cooking equipment.

Born and raised in Everett, MA, Mr. Tringale now resides in Wakefield MA with his wife Vivian and their three children. Active in the community Mr. Tringale has served on many committees, one of which was formed to build a new playground at his children’s elementary school and was financed entirely by private donations. Mr. Tringale is also Past President and current Treasurer of Wakefield Youth Soccer, currently serves as a member of the Town of Wakefield’s recreation commission and a member of the Town of Wakefield’s Republican Town Committee.

Michael joined Sachetta & Company, LLC in 2003. Since then, he has worked both for Sachetta & Company, LLC as an accountant and is also a principal at our affiliated financial planning firm, Infinite Wealth Management, Inc. Michael has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Merrimack College, has earned a graduate certificate in financial planning from Boston University, and holds a Master’s degree in Taxation from Bentley University. In addition, Michael is also licensed as a Certified Financial Planner by the CFP board. Michael was born and raised in North Reading, MA and now lives in North Andover, with his wife, Danielle.

At Sachetta & Company, LLC, Michael focuses primarily on corporate accounting and tax preparation, and also prepares individual tax returns for our clients. He is always available to answer your tax or financial planning questions. Michael is also our primary contact for our web-based accounting system, Intacct. Ann Bodvar

Ann joined Sachetta & Company, as a staff accountant in 2000. She provides accounting and tax services for those engaged in either for-profit or not-for-profit endeavors. Ann understands the accounting function and is adept in various accounting software programs which enables her to provide fast and proficient client service. She is the company’s Quickbooks and Peachtree specialist and provides both on-site and in-house processing and training. Ann, who has over 25 years in the accounting industry, was previously employed as both an office manager and bookkeeper for an accounting firm in Malden. She has furthered her career with accounting and tax courses as well as accounting software courses.

A mother of one and a grandmother of two, she lives and Winthrop and enjoys spending her free time with her grandchildren.

John Guerriero

John Guerriero joined Sachetta & Company, LLC in 2005. Prior to working with us, John spent 27 years with Verizon, and retired as a staff manager in the Treasury & Cash Management department. In addition, John spent 19 years as a Tax Consultant and Department Supervisor with H&R Block. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Bentley College. John primarily focuses on individual tax preparation.

John lives in Everett with his wife and has two adult sons and speaks fluent Italian. He is a big sports fan and is an avid cyclist.

Diane Fabbo is currently the Office Administrator for Sachetta & Company, LLC. She started with the firm in September, 1999. Diane has about 30 years of experience in administration for CPA firms having worked for a Boston firm for 20 years prior to joining us. Diane has been married for 8 years and has two children, both girls, ages 7 and 6. Diane is available to help you with any questions you may have regarding accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax return status, Quickbooks, Intacct, etc. or any general questions you may have.
