It’s like one big family.  Truly.  It’s not just something they “say”, it’s the way everybody makes you feel.  We look out for each other and support each other.   The environment here makes me feel like clients are connected to us as an extension of the family, which is lovely because in my role I talk with many people each day.

Even with everything that is going on in the world, everyone is just so kind, and patient.  That’s a testament to the people who started the firm and the kinds of people who want to be around them.  My interactions with clients are so positive.  We know and inquire about each other’s families after meeting just once. 

It’s funny because I worked for Wellington Management before having children.  I was an events planner, so I did the fun part of a very serious business.  I think in some ways I do that here too.  I think my relationship development skills help clients and I can add some of the creative side to a very analytical based business.
