Integrated planning, investing, and taxes.
Our clients are looking for guidance that fits their lifestyle and comfort level. They turn to us to help them minimize risk and reach their long term goals for retirement and generational wealth transfer. We take a holistic perspective of each individual’s or family’s finances including their financial planning, investment management, tax planning and tax preparation. Our services are fee-only as part of an ongoing relationship. We would not be right for someone looking for financial planning by the hour or who wants to do stock-picking on their own.
Typically, our clients are individuals, families, and small business owners with between $1 million and $10 million of investable assets.
Schedule a CallWhat's Included
-
Financial Planning
Your priorities drive the plan; college, equity comp options, cash flow, charitable giving, retirement, risk management, and more. We document your goals and maintain a living roadmap with prioritized next steps.
-
Investment Management
Diversified portfolios using ETFs & no-load mutual funds, with tax-aware rebalancing and implementation. We focus on what can be controlled: allocation, costs, and behavior.
-
Tax Planning
We look at the tax side of every major decision throughout the year. Examples include payroll/bonus withholding and RSU/option timing; choosing account types for saving and investing (taxable, pre-tax IRA/401(k), or Roth); planning the withdrawal sequence in retirement (which accounts to draw from first and when); and charitable giving.
-
Tax Preparation
State & federal individual returns included each year for all wealth management clients. Your planning decisions flow straight into accurate, on-time filing—no handoffs, no disconnects.
-
Coordination with Attorneys and Insurance
We work directly with your estate attorney and insurance professionals (or introduce trusted partners). Everyone rows in the same direction so decisions don’t conflict.
-
Unlimited Consultations
We have an annual cycle of meetings to address tax planning in the spring, risk management in the summer, and financial planning and portfolio reviews in the fall. In addition, reach out when life changes; there’s no “meter running.”
Wealth Management
Your financial future spans a range of interdependent areas; financial planning, investment management, tax planning, and risk mitigation through estate planning and insurance. We have structured our firm to deliver a coordinated mix of services so we can provide comprehensive recommendations that will help you make smart, fully-informed decisions regarding your financial future.

Working Together
-
What makes your firm different?
At Sachetta, financial planning and tax planning aren’t separate conversations—they happen together, with the same team by your side all year long. Your advisors hold credentials in both financial planning and tax, which means the people helping you design your strategy are the very same people preparing your tax return and guiding your tax decisions. No handoffs, no gaps, no repeating your story.
This integrated approach helps ensure that every recommendation—whether about investments, cash flow, estate planning, or risk management—reflects your full financial picture. It also gives you the confidence of knowing that important details aren’t slipping through the cracks.
We’re here for life's road ahead, so your plan, your taxes, and your life all stay aligned.
-
Who are your typical clients?
Our clients are looking for guidance that fits their lifestyle and comfort level. They turn to us for full-service advising to minimize risk and help them reach their long term goals for retirement and generational wealth transfer. Most of our clients view us as their “financial quarterback”, ensuring that their financial part of their life is taken care of, so they can focus on the things that they truly care about.
We would not be right for person who wants financial planning by hour or who wanted to separate tax planning and investment planning among different advisors. Typically, our clients are individuals and small business owners with between $1 million and $10 million of investable assets.
-
How do you work with clients?
We offer wealth management for a fixed monthly fee that covers unlimited communications and meetings, investment management, financial planning, tax planning and preparation, and coordination with outside parties such as estate attorneys, or insurance brokers. Our tax-centric approach is something that sets our firm apart from many other advisory firms.
We value our client relationships, and encourage you to pick up the phone or send an email to your wealth manager anytime with questions. Getting married? Divorced? Having a baby? Buying or selling a home? These important life-events are the perfect time to reach out to your wealth manager. We can even help you get started with investment accounts for children, young adults and recent college grads so they can start to learn about planning for their own futures.
-
What types of investments do you use?
The investments that we recommend depend upon each client’s financial situation. We typically favor no-load mutual funds and exchange traded funds for clients’ portfolios, since we believe that they provide greater diversification than can be achieved through individual stock selection.
-
What is your investment philosophy?
Because the majority of our clients are retirement-minded, our approach to portfolio design is long-term oriented. We do not believe in trying to pick individual stocks, nor do we believe in trying to time the market. Instead, we have found that maintaining a diversified portfolio over time is the best path toward financial success.
-
Do you have access to my funds?
All client accounts are maintained in the client’s name with a qualified, independent custodian, such as Fidelity Investments. Sachetta does not take physical possession of client assets.
-
Will you help if I need help with a trust or insurance?
Absolutely. As part of the financial planning process we will look at your current estate and insurance situations and advise you if any changes need to be made. We work very closely with a number of insurance agents and attorneys (without receiving commission or compensation) who offer solutions to these needs. If you already have qualified advisors in these areas, we would also be happy to work with them.

Fees & Engagement
-
Are you fee-only?
Yes. We’re compensated only by our clients—not by product providers, not by commissions, and not by referral fees. Our advisory fee is shown on our Pricing page.
-
Do you offer one-time or hourly financial planning?
No. We focus on ongoing relationships where planning, investing, and taxes are integrated year-round.
-
How are fees billed?
See our Pricing page for more details. Fees are typically billed monthly in arrears from accounts under management. The fixed fee is calculated at the beginning of the year based on assets under management and collected as 1/12 each month; the variable portion applies 0.33% to month-end household AUM.
-
What's your minimum?
We generally engage clients with at least $1,000,000 in investable assets because that’s where integrated planning, investing, and tax work deliver the most value relative to cost.
When it's decision time...
Looking at our website likely means you're ready to get more clarity, support, or direction in your financial life. It’s a sign you’re ready for something better; and that matters.
We understand that choosing a financial partner is a big decision. We’re committed to helping you make a decision that feels good in your head and your heart.
At Sachetta, our approach is rooted in relationships. We’re not here to sell you a product or push an agenda. We’re here to understand what’s important to you and provide clear, thoughtful guidance to help you feel secure and confident about your future.
