Wealth Management Pricing
Clarity over fine print.
Our pricing is straightforward with no surprises. It reflects our full-service model, where financial planning, investment management, tax planning and preparation, and risk management work together under one team. Learn more our services on our Wealth Management page.
Sachetta’s Pricing Model
Our wealth management fee is approximately 1% in total, delivered in two parts:
-
Fixed portion (⅔ of the fee): set when you start, reviewed each January 1.
-
Variable portion (⅓ of the fee): 0.33% of your average-daily-balance of the portfolio, billed monthly in arrears.
Why the split?
While it means that our clients pay less when the market goes up, the fixed portion stabilizes our firm’s revenue each year, allowing us to plan ahead, meet payroll, and invest in training and technology.
The firm’s annual minimum fee is $10,000. The fixed portion caps at $20,000 for larger portfolios.

How your fee works
-
Fixed portion (⅔ of 1%)
- Calculated at the start of the engagement as ⅔ of 1% of investable assets.
- Billed monthly in arrears, 1/12 of the annual amount.
- Reviewed on January 1 each year we:
- adjust for net contributions/distributions over the year (we ignore market moves), then
- apply a 3% annual increase.
- In nearly all cases, the fixed portion maxes out at $20,000.
-
Variable portion (⅓ of 1%)
- 0.33% of average-daily-balance of the portfolio, billed monthly in arrears.
- Moves up and down with markets and flows.
-
Annual review of the fixed portion
Each January 1, we review your household’s net contributions/distributions for the year. We ignore market fluctuations for the fixed portion. After adjusting for net flows, we apply a 3% annual increase (inflation step). The $20,000 cap still applies. Mid-year starts are pro-rated for the months remaining in the year.
Result: your effective total fee tends to decline over time if your portfolio grows mainly from markets rather than new contributions.
-
Billing & timing
- Fees are billed monthly in arrears to accounts under management.
- The fixed portion is collected as 1/12 each month.
- The variable portion applies 0.33% to average-daily-balance of the portfolio each month.
- We’ll outline your exact setup in your client agreement.
-
Other costs you may incur - separate from our advisor fee
We custody managed accounts at Fidelity Investments so there are no custodial or platform fees for Sachetta clients. However, you may still see:
- Company-sponsored retirement plan fees that vary by employer (e.g., plan recordkeeping/administration and the plan’s fund expenses).
- Occasional service charges (e.g., wire requests) and any regulatory pass-through fees that may apply to certain trades.
- ETF and mutual fund expense ratios.
We’ll help you understand and minimize these wherever possible.

Minimums & Fit
- Our minimum annual fee is $10,000.
- We typically engage at $1,000,000+ in investable assets because that’s where our integrated planning, investment management, and tax work deliver the most value relative to cost.
ASCEND by Sachetta (for rising professionals)
ASCEND offers financial planning, investing, tax planning & preparation, and coordination in a program built for earlier-stage households. Ascend is by application and subject to our approval and capacity. Not all applicants will be accepted.
- $300 per month, paid in advance by auto-pay
- + 0.33% of managed accounts (excludes held-away employer plans, unless you specifically engage us to manage it.)
If you’re approaching $1,000,000 in investable assets or already there, our Wealth Management pricing above will likely make the most sense.

FAQs
-
How do you calculate the variable portion each month?
We apply 0.33% to your average-daily-balance of the portfolio and bill that monthly in arrears.
-
What happens if my assets move above/below the example levels?
The examples are illustrations. Your fixed portion follows the method above (flows + 3% step, capped), and the variable portion is always 0.33% of average-daily-balance of the portfolio.
-
Do you work with my 401(k)/403(b)?
We can. This decision is up to the client. When we have managed-account access, those held-away balances are part of household AUM for Wealth Management.
-
What if I start mid-year?
We pro-rate the fixed portion for the months remaining and begin the normal cadence. The next January 1 review will follow the standard method.
